When you send us an enquiry through the contact form, we collect:
We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. The contact form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that submissions come from a person rather than an automated script. Turnstile processes your IP address for that check and does not use it to track you across sites.
We use your details solely to answer your enquiry and, where relevant, to follow up about the product or project you asked about. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests: responding to someone who has contacted us about our services. We do not sell your data or add you to a marketing list without asking.

Both act on our instructions under contract. We do not share your details with anyone else unless the law requires it.
We keep enquiry correspondence for [TODO: retention period, for example 24 months] from your last contact with us, then delete it. If your enquiry becomes a contract, the relevant records are kept for as long as that relationship and our legal obligations require.
